I was really looking forward to our stay but left feeling quite disappointed. The check-in process was a mess, and the customer service just didn't cut it. The smoke smell in our room was never addressed adequately, which was frustrating, especially since we were celebrating a special occasion. While the facility itself was large and had plenty of amenities, the overall experience unfortunately overshadowed these positives.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were not great, and the service was lacking, especially after a late-night flooding issue that was not handled well. On the positive side, the location was convenient, being close to the convention center and restaurants, but it wasn't enough to make up for the issues I faced during my stay.
